extend Netcool OMNIbus message_bus jms transport layer to parse jms header meta data

actually the Netcool Message_Bus probe jms transport layer only parses the jms message payload data, but not the jms message header data.

The jms header data contains important information like message-id, timestamps, object-uri, etc. which is important and needed for event correlation and automation !

Dear IBM please extend the probe so that it also provides jms header data available as tokens. Then it would be possible to properly format events containing all important information for a proper shaped Netcool OMNIbus event.
