Integrate Cognos Analytics into JazzSM DASH

Please provide a proper solution to integrate Cognos Analytics into JazzSM DASH. The integration shall provide the following features:

- SSO

- Session Timeout handling in JazzSM 

As IBM is propagating Cognos Analytics as a replacement for "WebGui Maps" and "TCR", customers expect a proper integration between the two products.

An integration with JazzSM Webwidget and some SSO tricks in the backend allow to use Cognos within JazzSM DASH, but there is no official supported solution.

The JazzSM session timeout handling does currently not work for third party applications loaded via web-widget integration.

As we already have integrations for ASM, Impact and Netcool WebGui, we would appreciate a solution to integrate Cognos Analytics into JazzSM DASH.

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for submitting this idea. Please know that we are still having internal discussions and investigating solutions here. We are now working with the Cognos development team to see what, if anything, is possible to solve this problem.

    In the meantime, I'm going to mark this as "Needs more information" while we continue our internal investigation.
