More granular authorisation to execute impact policies via the REST API

As of Impact 7.1 Fix Pack 23, Impact policies can be triggered using the REST API. This is great and we have some use case where our Netcool users could benefit from this feature. Unfortunately, a user must have the impactAdminUser role to access the REST interface. This makes it impossible for us to provide this type of access to a wider group of users.

We would very much appreciate a more granular authorisation procedure. Our suggestion would be an Impact role impactRESTApiUser together with the already existing impactSelectedOpViewUser role. A combination of these roles would allow us to give our users access to specific policies without giving them full access to the Impact resources.
