Concert Operate (formerly Cloud Pak for AIOps) supports the export and archival of alerts and incidents to an external database through policy-driven "Populate an external database" actions for IBM Db2. Link.
Going ahead, we are also working toward making application data available through our v2 APIs. This will provide customers with a more flexible mechanism to access and archive data, enabling them to retain any application data type in a destination of their choice.
