Ability to use different service ID's for LDAP/IMPACT

Need ability to use different LDAP BindDN ID/pswd on all components (DASH WebSphere, IMPACT, Cognos).  IMPACT user is also impacted with having to match the LDAP user.  The Bank is required to rotate the passwords on yearly basis and trying to avoid Operational Risk of downtime with IBM's support of using different service ID's.  Issue:  There is a dependency for the ID and password to match while in a running state.  Currently, IBM explained all components have to be stopped and to update password on one server at a time, then bring them up when done.  This causes minimum 1 hour downtime to our users.  We've experienced longer downtime in our Lower Lanes and DR environment.
