Interactive Performance: Support far more than 40 simultaneous users

Large customers support multiple teams in around-the-clock operations across multiple disciplines. While not all users will be focused on the same elements within the UI (spreading themselves by role across Incident, Inventory, Performance, Automation/Resolution etc disciplines), the product as it stands is listed as only supporting 40 users. This is well below the requirement for a large multi-national company with multiple operations centres and dedicated teams. 

At least a doubling of this level is required across the core Incident/Event management capabilities in order to provide the service level expected for large users.
