Add the User ID to logging of denied direct accesss to a restrircted page through a URL.

Using the process to open a specific page in DASH directly, including login detail in the URL:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-launch-page-ibm-jazzsm-dashboard-application-services-hub-dash-without-providing-login-credentials

If a user doesn't have access to the page then the connection fails. Within the SystemOut.log file there is a report similar to:
[12/05/25 16:27:28:159 BST] 00000139 NavigationAct W   page: com.ibm.isclite.admin.Freeform.navigationElement.pagelayoutA.modified.MEFALEx1l6pGYljbKXXYtZ71747042783625 is filtered out, user doesn't have the access

where the Page ID is "com.ibm.isclite.admin.Freeform.navigationElement.pagelayoutA.modified.MEFALEx1l6pGYljbKXXYtZ71747042783625".

But this does not include the UserID for the user attempting to access the page.

Could the UserID or User Name be added to the log to allow the administrator to review the failed attempts.
