ServiceNow Connector should support ServiceNow "Workspaces" incident management feature

ServiceNow has introduced a new mechanism for handling Incidents replacing the simple Views. The AIOps Connector currently embeds and enhances the capabilities of these Views but does not yet provide the same capability for Workspaces. ServiceNow have stated their intention to migrate all incident management to Workspaces and retire the existing Views interface (although the timeline for this is not clear). 

The valuable enrichment provided by AIOps to Incident Views is not available for the new Workspaces so as customers migrate to this way of working with ServiceNow data they will lose the benefits of integration with AIOps if the connector is not updated to exploit this new capability.

    Customer Feedback – August 29th, 2025

    The customer confirmed that the IBM AIOps tab can be easily integrated into the Incident Workspace view for incident management. No adaptation on IBM side required.
