We are doing AIOPs live POC in customer env for customer MITA where they have all in one monitoring platform Service Management Platform called site24x7 ( https://www.site24x7.com/index1.html) They mainly use it to monitor their websites , servers , cloud and networks . Currently there is no OOTB connector in AIOPs which can integrate with it to bring in performance metric, alerts, topology and logs into AIOPs to showcase the AIOPs correlation and analytics. capabilities. As a part of POC effort, we may be forced to build some custom integration, but they can't be fit in production env. Customer is not happy with it and demanding OOTB integration before purchase of AIOPs licenses to move from POC to production phase.
