History of alerts and their ranking for Incidents

Problem: Whenever we go to end users for validating incidents, most of the alerts will be deleted (due to normal clearance from network). So the endusers are very confused to validate the incidents based on the remaining alarms as probable cause rank 1 or 3 or so might be cleared or deleted. Until and unless, endusers are confident about the incidents (groupings) and their logic to group alarms AIOps might not get the attention to get productionized.

Requirement: So for the active incidents (until it is deleted from incidents page), if you can provide an additional tab under incidents where we can view all the alerts history which are grouped and their state (active or cleared) it will be easy for endusers to validate the incidents better (as we will have holistic view when they are active).

Benefit:  endusers can validate the incidents and approve them so that we can get confidence that AIOps is grouping the alerts as expected (both inter/ intra domain) in complex telco environments.
