User Interface for Probable Cause Ranking Customisation

The current probable cause raking customisation like adding new edge types, customizing word score, label weights are done via API Calls or direct insert into Cassandra tables.

The requirement is to have a user- interface for customizing the values for probable cause ranking. Any changes from UI should be reflected in backend tables or schemas. The UI should provide option to add/edit/delete any new configuration and should not allow execution of delete action on existing OOB parameter configs.

This way we have an overall visibility in customisation and the existing weightages for each parameter. In future, if we need to change or add any new values in the parameter list, it can be easily done via UI.

UI should have RBAC rules applied to ensure only certain group members especially admins can only edit the existing configuration to avoid any misconfigurations.
