Add additional columns Incident Duration, Incident closure Time, policy which created the incidents in Incident Schema

Incident Overview page displays the policy name which triggers the incident creation, the same should be available in the Incident Viewer as a column for users to filter and obtain details of Incidents triggered by a specific policy. The column should be kind of hyperlink where on click on the policy name it should navigate to policy editor page in Automations.

This will help us to get an option to quickly navigate to Automation Page from Incident Viewer instead of opening each and every incident to identify which policy created the incident. This will also help Operations to diagnose if any policies are tremendously creating singleton incidents or in some cases users may need to disable the policy after review of it's performance.

If we have an option in UI, users can quickly create a filter on policy name and count total incidents created over a period of time and review the incidents quickly and take necessary steps.

Also add columns Incident Duration, Incident Closure Time in the Incident Schema which can also be added in the Incident Viewer.
