Add Some Improvements on [Alert details] viewport

Hi! I have been an AIOps user for the last 12 months. From my usage, it would be nice to have some upgrades/customizations on Alerts Details.

I share some of them, if you request more details, it would be nice to help to improve platform usability.

  • Remove Notification "only Selected Information shown. Go to Raw to see all...", I already know, maybe the first time is usefull but not always.
  • Choose which data to show on tabular data, not just the common ones, also the Custom Attributes, like Details.xxxx or Sender.xxxx
  • Use Local Time Zone for Timestamp format. The values like FirstOccurrance and LastOccurance are in GMT, in my case I am showing info in GMT-3 and this info confuse the operator.
  • On the Json view, would be usefull to have Collapsabe values. The information of "insights" sometimes is too much and makes dificult to fin out things.
  • Add a search option for parameters on Json View.
  • Make it possible to set Timestamp Format on CloudPak, I am using Local Time Zone, but Alerts in table are in MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS but we prefer YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. This could be a global format for all TimeStamps on platform UI.
  • When copying things from Alert Details, it copys lots of things (select text, Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V). Please remove that feature, sometime you just want to copy a little string of text. To make it work, now I must click with mouse and select "copy" manualy.
  • Make it possible to Click an view Details of a Group. Sometimes is a bit complex to not be able to click on groups. Maybe on Clicking could show a summary of details of the alarms involve on the Group, showing the correlation count, alarms status counts, or some usefull information, maybe Top alarm choosen for Group definition, etc...

Later I wil try to share some Topology ideas. Thanks!
