Provide feature for adding custom auto notes in Incidents and propagate them automatically to ServiceNow tickets

Currently incident notes contain the details of Alert such as AlertId and Summary which is automatically populated with limited information and cannot be edited automatically. When it comes to ticketing of incidents, users will be looking for more fields being added in Notes/Worklogs of tickets.

1) Provide a feature to update the notes of Incidents automatically. This feature will help us when we need to add custom notes in Incidents instead of relying only on default Note. 

2) The custom notes entered in Incident has to be propagated to ServiceNow ticket automatically. The feature should allow automatic updates to the worklog of the ticket when the relevant notes tagged for ticketing (custom auto notes) are generated during update/create of incidents. Any update to the custom notes to be propagated to ServiceNow has to be continuously tracked and should get auto populated in ticket worklog.
