Formalise support of Zone-Aware storage options for AIOps

Current product documentation gives information on supported storage options for node-local storage (under the "Hybrid Storage" deployment option) and fully resilient block storage.
Our deployment, agreed in June 2025 with product developement's agreement, uses Zone-aware Cinder storage for performance reasons.

We have had many issues in handling backup & restore of this configuration in a multi-zone (resilient) deployment. These have been resolved now with additions to Fusion capabilities and documented restore procedures. However, it would be good to have clarity in the product documentation that this is a configuration that is is supported both from a performance and resilience standpoint.

An update to the product documentation noting this configuration, along with any restrictions or considerations that apply to it, would resolve the concern.
