Add the possibility to send alert from ibm cloud logs accross event notification across a private network

In an IBM Cloud private environment, Cloud Pak for AIOps cannot currently ingest alerts generated from IBM Cloud Logs when they are sent through Event Notifications. As a result, log-based alerts are not visible in AIOps and cannot be processed by the event pipeline.

Additionally, raw log data from IBM Cloud Logs cannot be forwarded or integrated into Cloud Pak for AIOps in this deployment model. This prevents log events from being used for correlation, topology mapping, noise reduction, and automated incident creation.

Because of this limitation:

Log alerts remain isolated in IBM Cloud Logs

There is no end-to-end integration between Cloud Logs → Event Notifications → AIOps

Operations teams must manually monitor multiple tools

Event correlation and root cause analysis are incomplete without log signals

This creates a functional gap compared to other alert sources (metrics, policies, integrations) that are successfully ingested into AIOps.

We are requesting native support for Cloud Logs alert ingestion (via Event Notifications or a supported alternative) and, if possible, log forwarding capabilities into Cloud Pak for AIOps for private environments.
