Ability to view closed incidents at AIOps incident overview UI.

Incident overview for an open incident at the AIOps overview shows all details about the incident including the history notes, correlated alerts related to the incident and topology and metric viewer but it can be only visible during open and live incidents.

Want to have same view for closed incident for investigation and to have a reference for incident and problem management team also for RCA and helps enhancing current operation policies of AIOps.

So it will add maximum value if we can view the closed-incident at the incident overview having all details and all the alerts which was correlated at the incident and ability to adjust the retention time for incident at the incident viewer for closed incident data, as for now if we want to investigate more for resolved incident it is disappear as no available info for it for RCA and also enhance operational polices
