A user, who has a metric restriction filter, is able to use the menu items "Block resources" and "Purge metric data". This shouldn't be available for normal users, only for admins.

A restriction filter (access only to one metric group) is defined and assigned to user. The user is only able to see one metric group, so this means that the restriction filter itself is working. The problem is now, that the user is able to choose “Block resources” and “Purge metric data".
