Need OOTB Observer in IBM AIOPs for NetBrain platform for Topology and Inventory data injestion

Last week we have ( IBM SWAT and Account team + Leidos )  successfully competed AIOPs Demo and POC to NASA. Leidos ( https://www.leidos.com/ )is IBM BP in US for AIOPs indirect sell in US federal and defense market. NASA liked  the overall AIOPs solution and now requested Leidos to present detailed technical and commerical proposal to manage their infra and network ( around 12K + managed devices ) that we are working on.

NASA is using NetBrain ( https://www.netbrain.com/ ) as their Topology and Inventory discovery tool and we need to integrate AIOps with NetBran so AIOPs can support Topology based alert correlation/rootcause analysis and incident creation and resolution use cases. Currently we don't have OOTB integration ( observer ) with Netbrain to bring in the topology in AIOPs and hence we need it at the earliest so we can position AIOPs to NASA to win this deal. The proposed observer shall be based on Netbrain supported REST APIs as documented here https://www.netbrain.com/docs/12tp0fe0ge/help/HTML/rest-api-reference.html.

We have gathered all required information and data that I can share with Observer team once they start the development and also we can use a NetBrain instance available in Leidos Lab for design and development and testing of Observer.
