Removal of Closed Status is Collab Apps Team's Channel and inserting Ticket Creation Time and Date stamp

As part of Collab Apps we have created Teams Channel alert mechanism for any P1/P2 Incidents. Now we are getting alert for all status of the Incidents like New, On Hold, In Progress, Resolved and Closed. 
1) Now we want to remove Close status alert as it is getting triggered after certain period of ticket closure (After 7-10 days). This leads to excessive noise, as this status is not giving any value addition in ticket status. There are many teams where we have 3-5 daily P1/P2, so during their closure we get unnecessary alerts.
2) Next suggestion is to add ticket opening Time and date stamp in every alert so that for Critical incidents like P1 we can have knowledge of SLA passed for the incident.

    In AIOPs we have implemented used case of Collab Apps for notifying teams Channel for any P1/P2. The teams channel will get notified for New, On Hold, Resolved, Closed statuses. Now there is unnecessary noise created if teams get notified for Closed status. As it gets updated after 7-10 days when ticket is resolved.

    Also we need to have Ticket open time and date so that teams can also track Lapsed time for any incident.
