Implement "Hover Tooltip" for truncated text in Event Viewer columns

In the IBM Netcool/OMNIbus WebGUI Event Viewer (running within Dashboard Application Services Hub), column widths are often insufficient to display the full string of data for fields like Summary, Node, or custom Extended Attributes.

Currently, when the text exceeds the column width, it is simply truncated. To read the full content, operators must manually resize columns or open the Event Information window. 

I am requesting the implementation of a dynamic hover tooltip (infotip) for the Event Viewer.

Trigger: When a user hovers their mouse over a cell where the text is truncated by the column boundary.

Action: A floating text box should appear near the cursor displaying the full, non-truncated string of that specific cell.

UX Benefit: This allows operators to quickly "scan" long summaries or error messages across multiple events without constantly adjusting the UI layout or losing their place in the list.

    Thanks for submitting this idea. I agree this would be a simple improvement which would improve usability and I've put this into our development backlog. I don't have a specific timeline right now but we will try and get this included in the Q3 release around September.
