The VMware vCenter Observer for AIOps should be capable of ingesting vMotion Events

To maximise the utility of topology information gathered by the vCenter Observer, it should be possible for the Observer to retrieve and associate vMotion alerts along with the actual topologies. This will provide context and rationale for any changes observed in the Topologies between ingestion runs, which is valuable information for any user to understand changes and any associated issues with systems under their domain of interest.
