ServiceNow Observer: Better control over imported metadata

We would like to be able to control which fields from the ServiceNow CMDB records are copied into properties of the resources in CP4AIOps.

This could be tricky because different classes of CIs have different sets of fields, but it could be done by simply ignoring any fields that are not present for a particular class.

At a minimum we would like to pull some fields from the base cmdb_ci class, and this would be an improvement over the current behavior.

But the ability to add other fields from other classes would be useful too.

Note: in ServiceNow you can "walk" through relationships to get properties of linked objects (e.g. assignment_group.sys_id or assignment_group.name or location.lat_long) so some allowance for this would be good. Also the ability to modify the values using JSONata could be useful (e.g. parsing lat_long into the expected values for a CP4AIops geo ref). So instead of a simple list of properties to be collected, maybe a full JSONata transform could be used.
