Make Observer settings read-only when part of a combined integration

With an integration like ServiceNow that contains two types of functionality (ticket and topology observer) the settings for the integration that are prompted for when first adding the integration contain information about both functionalities. Later, to edit the settings the link on the "Manage Integrations" page is used. However, an entry on the "Manage observer jobs" is created as a side effect of creating the integration. The settings for the observer job portion of the functionality can be accessed and changed from here, but when the settings are accessed through the "Manage Integrations" page, the changes are not visible, and saving them from here overwrites any changes made on the Jobs page.

The link from the Jobs page should either lead to a read-only form, or the link should be removed and replaced with the name of the integration with a hint like "(change settings from ...)".

The only purpose of the observer job entry on this page should be to access the "Run" button and the View History action.
