Option for filtered incident view using ui-extension-toolkit

As part of the custom-ui-template, which can be configured on CP4AIOps using the toolkit https://github.com/IBM/aiops-ui-extension-toolkit, it is possible to configure routes to open a filtered alertViewer aiops panel - which will automatically load a pre-configure filter and a view as defined in the routes.json
A request is to extend the same to the incidentViewer aiops panel, such that, on configuring a route for incidentViewer as below eg
{
       "path": "/snow-incidents",
       "aiopsPanel": "incidentViewer",
       "state": {
         "filtername": "SNOWIncidents",
         "viewname": "incident_view"
       },
       "title": "Service Now Incidents"
     }
when the user clicks on the "Service Now Incidents" link, it takes him to the route /snow-incidents, opens an incidentViewer aiops panel with preloaded filter "SNOWIncidents" and preloaded View "incident_view"
