  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Capture and expose hourly and daily user metrics and usage for analysis and debugging

Provides visibility into user workload on system and components at a point in time. Can be used to debug observed performance degradation. Can also be used to provide management visibility into overall usage and adoption. Some example metrics: 

  • max  count of concurrent users in the last hour, last 24 hours, lifetime
  • total count of active users in the last hour, last 24 hours
  • total launch count of alerts, incident, topology, resource pages in the last hour, 24 hours
  • users with most time connected
  • users with least time connected
  • users/groups with slowest page load (can help identifiy what needs to be optimized)
