TL1 Probe support for SSH

TL1 Probe is unable to connect to TL1 Network Elements on IP and Port 22 (SSH).

The current TL1 Probe fails to establish sessions with Network Elements (NEs) that uses SSH (TCP port 22) transport. Devices configured with the SSH transport type cannot complete the session handshake.

Manual verification demonstrates that opening an interactive SSH session to the NE’s IP address on port 22 and subsequently executing the TL1 command ACT-USER::...; successfully logs in and returns valid TL1 responses.

Requirement is that the TL1 Probe need to be enhanced to support TL1 device login over SSH and manage device session, alarm consumption, heartbeat, reconnect logic, and graceful logouts seamlessly as the TL1 probe does for all non SSH ports.
