This RFE has been delivered in Netcool/Impact version 7.1.0.23
IBM Netcool/Impact uses WebSphere Liberty which supports integration to OAUTH providers, like Google. Have you reviewed the documentation which can be found here:

It should be possible today with configuration of Liberty and Impact.
