Gateway for Message Bus (XML Gateway) Should Allow Inclusion of Custom Headers When Running in HTTP Transport Mode

Allow inclusion of custom headers when the Gateway for Message Bus (nco_g_xml) is running with Gate.XMLGateway.TransportType : 'HTTP'
Most significantly, an authentication header. Currently per IBM support, only basic authentication is supported, and in a time when security is paramount with integrations and modern web services often require more secure methods of authentication than a base64 hashed username and password, it would behoove IBM, and its customers, to support modern security methods.
The ability to specify other security and content headers should be possible as well.
