Global NewCo Requirement - NOI - Flexible service ids names

As part of the NewCo Event Mgmt strategy, we're creating a NOI Hybrid deployment where new components are hosted on IBM Cloud ROKS and OnPrem on Linux VMs

We will have multiple instances of NOI deployed across the globe and all of them will need to provide authentication thru the Enterprise Directory (eg: BluePages).
The NOI installation requires the creation of several service IDs in the Enterprise Directory. As of today, those IDs are hardcoded and we can't rename them at all. This creates a big issue as we can only have one entry of each service ID on the same Enterprise Directory.
Different teams will support the Global instances, where at least 1 instance will be created on each Geo. From a security & compliance standpoint, we can't have the same service id/pw being shared across the multiple teams.
We ask you to allow for flexible ids names, so that at deployment phase we can define what is going to be the name of the service id. This way we will be able to support multiple instances authenticating against the same Enterprise Directory.
