This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

The endpoint in question belongs to Huawei and there are restrictions for IBM to deal directly with Huawei. Based on the guidance from Export Regulations team, we can continue to distribute all existing Huawei integrations covered under the current interoperability agreement. Additional or new EMS/Endpoint cannot be added to the existing agreement hence, IBM is not allowed to develop new integration for Huawei devices. NCE-Super NMS is not included in the existing interoperability agreement so it is considered an integration to a new Huawei equipment.
To our knowledge, Globe Telecome Inc. has decided to move away from IBM products for their Service Assurance solution and plan to migrate to MYCOM. Is there a change in that strategy?
when we received the request last year and given the restrictions dealing with Huawei, we assisted the local business partner to use our generic, message bus, probe to ingest data from Huawei NCE. The business partner at Globe Telecom Inc. confirmed that they are using the message bus probe to receive alarms from Huawei NCE EMS – please refer to case #TS008982146
