Event Reader Service should warn users on save if a field used in the Event Reader Filter is not in the selected fields

The request is for adding a warning option to Omnibus EventReader service when users are triying to make changes that will affect restriction filter. The solution should be implemented on Impact 7.1 and it was discussed with Impact L2 engineers when incident was reported.

We would like an option that will notify users if they are making invalid changes in both Selected fields and EventReader restriction filter sections. We would like two options:

1. Omnibus Event Reader Service should warn users on save if a field used in the Event Reader Filter is not in the selected fields - If users are trying to add a filter which contains a field which is not in Selected fields or a field if it doesn't exist in ObjectServer, they should be warned that their changes will have effect on filtering (events would not be selected for processing and policies would not be triggered) and filter should fail to be saved.

2. Users would be warned if they are removing the field from Selected fields that is used in Omnibus Event Reader Filter - If a field is used in Selected fields and users tries to remove it from Selected fields, the users should be warned that the change will have effect on filtering the events (events would not be selected for processing and policies would not be triggered).

The product does not restrict the editing of selected fields. The current solution is to ensure that any fields used in the Event Reader filters are in the selected fields.
