Messagebus probe should verify OAUTH token when acting as provider

When acting as provider for a webhook, the provided OAUTH token (via keycloak) is not verified.

To enhance security the token (Authorization Bearer) should be verified against the resource server (i.e. keycloak).

The request provides an authentification token via OAUTH.
