Omnibus Gateway map file conversion of UTC time values to date time string
Some OMNIbus Gateways produce output where UTC time values need to be written out as a date time string.
For example it might be necessary to covert 1666183259 to 'Wed Oct 19 13:40:59 2022' or similar.
The gateway mapping file process already provides some conversions on the fly.
It would be useful to extend the gateway conversion functions to also provide a function similar to the ObjectServer's to_char() SQL function, to convert an ObjectServer TIME field, on the fly in a gateway, to a string formatted as a date time stamp.
Do not place IBM confidential, company confidential, or personal information into any field.
