to add attachment option in email alerting using EWS probe

to enable the email alerting with the attachment. Currently in our environment we are monitoring email alerting with EWS probe in the standard format without any attachment option but we are currently trying to add some attachment in XML format so in this we also need to add the attachment and that attachment need to be added in ticket as well, could you please help us to achieve this?

    The EWS probe does not seem to be ITM related. Can you verify if this belongs to another product like Netcool? If ITM, please provide more details as ITM deals only with agents.
