create a new ITM 6.3.0 Base Fixpack

The "newest" available ITM Fixpack 6.3.0.7 base is over 10 years old!
The package contains out of service and/or vulnerable software versions (p.e. GSKIT7 WAS/IHS 8.0, Helpserver) and and does not support current operating system versions.

To rise up a current Omegamon ITM environment on a brand new server, customer has to run multiple scripts to uplift that old base product to a functionable version:

  1. Mediaupdate script (from a current SP22) to correct system checks
  2. Helpserver uplift to knowledge center
  3. install SP22 (contains vulnerable WAS/IHS 8.55.16 and vulnerable WLP Server)
  4. WAS/IHS uplift to a current version which is not vulnerable (p.e. 8.5.5.28)
  5. WLP server uplift to a not vulnerable version (p.e. WLP Server 22.0.0.11)

This are a lot of steps which partially run not correctly:
p.e. mediaupdate runs with errors and had to be superseded by a newer version (does not run without errors but probably updates most things).

There is no reason why the many uplift steps should not be carried out on the IBM development side.
Please offer a functional current base package.
