Support "Always On" metrics for SQL Server Standard version

We were informed through case TS022822099 that the “Always On” metrics supported by the monitoring agent ITCAM for Microsoft Applications: SQL Server (also known as the KOQ agent) apply exclusively to the "Enterprise" edition of Microsoft SQL Server and not to the "Standard" edition.

Our infrastructure is currently being migrated from MSSQL Server 2016 "Standard/Enterprise" to MSSQL Server 2022 "Standard".
Monitoring of the "Always On" feature will become critical once these servers are moved into production

Kind regards and thanks for your help
