Security issue Removal of tacmd access needs to be implemented immediately without restarting the HUB as soon as a user should no longer have access, and without access being re-granted on next restart.

ITM Administrator has full tacmd admin right. User moves to a different department within the same company and the Administrative access is now inappropriate an security violation. As part of our security management their provisioned access would be revoked, however it is not effective in our ITM environment until all hubs have been restarted. Inappropriate access should be removed without the need to restart ITM Hubs.

    Adding and removing a TEMS SOAP-Server user account for tacmd authority is a simple low-risk admin task. However, having to restart the TEMS in a production environment can be very disruptive, will result in alerting delays while failover is in progress and, on occasions result a service outage, which is considered a much higher risk.

    The process of maintaining tacmd access should not be constrained by a TEMS restart.
