Currently ITM Windows OS Agent (NT) is using VC++ 2008 release up to SP5 and VC++ 2013 release from SP6 and above. Both VC++ releases were no longer supported by Microsoft which results in compliance Issue and can also be a security threat.
So, we are looking for a new release of ITM Windows OS Agent (NT) which will use the latest VC++ redist version which is currently supported by Microsoft and it should also remove the dependence of using VC++ 2008, 2013 release versions which are out of support now. That will make the ITM Windows OS Agent (NT) Complient.

BOARD COMMENTS:
From @Kostas Saipas
“This work is dependent on an internal component called GSKIT which has been delayed. So now we expect GSKIT to be released some time in Q4 2025 at the latest. We will hopefully get it earlier but we don’t have a firm date yet so we cannot commit to that. As soon as we get it, we will uplift our existing GSKIT and this will allow to also uplift the VC++ libraries as well.
BOARD COMMENTS:
Plans in place to implement this functionality. Concrete deliverables related to this functionality will be decided in 4Q 2024 and based on that, a timeline will be provided.
