Avoid error popup about loggingdll.dll in Fixpack Support Installation

Trying to install some Fixpack Support Installation (i.e. 5.5.0-TIV-KD5-FP0007) on Windows 2016 server, we receive an error popup with the message:


Couldn't load LoggingDLL.dll file, Installation aborted.



and a subsequent popup with the message:



Errore numero: 0x80040702

Impossibile caricare la DLL:

loggingDll L’installazione verrà terminata



then the installation hangs.


To avoid this problem we're asking the labs to restore previous version of TMV620.msi file (dated before 2021) in Windows installation package. We noticed this problem only with TMV620.MSI files versioned after 2021

    thanks a lot for your reply.
    I completely agree with you: this is a Defect, not an Idea.
    I raised this enhancement request only because in Case TS013662649 your colleague asked me to do this, and this way seemed to be the only way to proceed with my problem's analysis.
    As already specified several and several times in the Case itself, solution with batch file LoggingDLL_Cleanup02.bat isn't suitable for our Production Systems
