Improve Documentation UI for blocks in Workflow editor

At present the only way to view what a block does (for most integrations) is to hover over a tooltip and read the contents. 

The problem is that these tooltips are sometimes empty, vague, cut off out of the UI or just don't render for some reason. 

It would help to have perhaps some other means of viewing the blocks description. Perhaps an auto-generated documentation page or something? That way, one can view it properly, as it has been noted a customer has been instead viewing the integration JSON files as an easier method of reading the contents.
