Modify Try-Catch node to catch all errors.

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

At this time, Try-Catch-Throw blocks do not capture all errors, and instead cause the workflow to stop. This may be due to JS's handling of errors, but the client would like to be able catch errors from database query blocks and handle them, even if they are due to errors such as network or design problems. If there's any improvements that could be made here, they'd be appreciated.

The request is to modify the blocks/underlying code in such a way to enable this.

Could you please add some specific information about the type of errors not being caught? Include an example if possible. Are they JS exceptions that are happening or DB query errors? Trying to sort out if the fix would be in some gap of Try/Catch or if the fix would be in making a given DB block properly emit an exception when one occurs.
