Enhance connection to Kafka (e.g. Apache Kafka API, Enhance existing method)

The primary goal is to create a data pipeline to send network incidents to ServiceNow from Kafka leveraging Kafka.

To successfully connect to the client's Kafka cluster, the connector must be configured to meet the following mandatory security and network requirements.

Authentication Method: The connection must use Mutual TLS (mTLS) for authentication. The platform will need to handle a client certificate and likely a CA certificate, as the client uses an internal certificate authority.
Broker Addressing: Connection attempts must use the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) of the Kafka brokers. Using direct
IP addresses will fail because the broker's security certificate is tied to its FQDN, which is validated during the TLS handshake.

Connection Port: All connections must be directed to port 9092, which is designated for mTLS authentication.

Name Resolution: The RIA host machine must be able to resolve the broker FQDNs. If a global DNS is not available, the host's local/etc/hosts file will need to be updated with the correct FQDN-to-IP mappings.

Client ID: As a best practice, the connection should be configured with a descriptive Client ID (e.g., including the RIA server name). This helps the Kafka operations team easily identify the connection source for monitoring and troubleshooting.

I'm trying to find the Apache Kafka APIs and also a call with te customer if needed
