Support Vulnerability Information Collection for IHS and WebSphere Plugin ( Automated patching is not mandatory )

Because of the Mythos, our financial client consuming time and workload to collect WebSphere related vulnerability information.

Now WebSpehre Application Server (tWAS) and Liberty is supported, but IHS and WebSphere Plugins is not supported.

The current usageMetrics approach will not work for IHS and WebSphere Plugins, but the version information can be collected through Installatioin Manager.

So for the 1st step, please provide the collection of vulnerability information for IHS and Plugin.

The automated patching for IHS and Plugin through Concert Workflows is not mandatory for the client.
