Improved user friendly front end for install and configuration

As a team a couple of us looked at running a POC for Concert to determine its usefulness for our clients who are POWER/HMC/IBMi/VIOS users mainly. Although we made some progress on the POC, we found it frustrating that our limited skills were not enough to be able to get a working environment. There seems to be need for a good understanding of JSON to get this installed and running. Thats not where myself and my colleague fit. I also am not sure if it fits for the clients we were looking at promoting this product to. Having seen the potential from Teams sessions we had with Andrew Laidlaw, its impressive. The information it can provide is extremely useful. Its the complexity of setup that we struggled with. We did get it to establish connection with an AIX NIM and also establish a connection to our HMC and run a command (lshmc -v) but it never ran an inventory as we expected.

I know that Lab Services is an option for the install and setup, but once its in and working, I feel that if additional partitions need adding. IP address changes, Password changes, would all need to be addressed by Lab Services, if the users (myself and Craig in this case) are not confident of making those changes, which could end up breaking the running environment rather than tweaking it.

As I mentioned already, this is more to do with our skill set rather than the tool itself, but after a fair bit of time, we didnt get an expected result at all. This to me would or could put off clients who experience the same situation. I would still be interested in the product if it could be less complex., It has actually raised even more questions for me..

I have installed & used the IBMi FSR and FSFC and even though there is a lot of initial config, they are both much more intuitive to work with.
