    Hi,

Whatever comes first, It would definitely be preferable that Cisco fixes the bug, so we can all go live happier lives.

We are working in parallel to see how we can source this information from alternate mechanisms like SNMP or other API calls. For vEdges, I can see that the QoS data is exposed via viptela-policy.mib so an option is to get this information via SNMP and our certification team can certainly help you out here.

In regards to the timelines, unfortunately you've reached the Ideas portal, which is a forum for discussing new ideas only.

    Kind Regards,

    Kaushal

    Hi Kaushal,

    Thanks for the update,

What i understand from your note that Cisco bug is a blocker for all release greater than 20.6.2 which does not support this capability.

Bug needs to be fixed first from cisco end then after sevone will able to make progress ? is this correct

or is Sevone working on other dimension to deliver this capability.

Can u help us with tentative timeline please.

    Hey there,

Thank you for raising this idea, as you are already aware QoS reporting has been working for versions older than Cisco SDWAN 20.6.2, however for versions greater than 20.6.2 it has been impacted by the following Cisco bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwb87682

Is it possible for you to speak to your Cisco partner to understand if and when they can fix this?

However in the meantime as this was an existing capability, we are treating this with high priority and see how we can help. If we are to change the source of data, we have to ensure that any changes we make are compatible with all the versions and all of our customers, without causing a major change in the way the data is reported. This is something we are actively researching for both vEdges and cEdges and will communicate as soon as we have something concrete in this regards.

    Best Regards,

    Kaushal

    Hi team,

Can you please confirm is this functionality available in vEdge devices or not ? And, please elaborate little bit about which future release has intent to accommodate this with timelines.
