Add logs for webhooks for troubleshooting purposes

Hello, as for now, on SevOne the only way to know if a webhook is working or not is to test is from the webhook definition page. However, it can happen that after some time, the webhook fails due to some upgrade or because on the destination something is failing. I think it would be a great idea to have a logging system for the webhooks. We should be able to see if the webhooks are successful or if they fail. Additionally, I think it would be good to see the information sent in the webhook, that way we can check that we are sending the information properly or not.

Maybe not having a backlog of all webhook sent, but have at least a list of the X latest webhook sent with the payload (as in the testing) and seeing if the webhook was correctly received or not.
