This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

As per current architecture for CCSDWAN, interfaces are discovered via API calls to vManage and flow is directly recived from devices. The flow interfaces then are mapped to the interfaces discovered via vManage alowing to chain the flow reports.
For cEdges, non-flow data is availalbe on the main interfaces. but flow data is sent from sub interfaces. (looks like stanarad cisco following for cedges).
As non-flow data is not avaialble for these sub-interfaces, these do not get discovered in SevOne.
Because of this the flow interfaces are visible as index numbers (e.g interface 11, interface 15,etc) and can not be mapped to the actual interface names.
This is affecting the user expericen to view flow data on the sub-interfaces. Users can not detemine the interface name from flow report directly and have to refer device configuration everytime.
The request is to have a solution to view the sub-interface names for flow data instead of just showing the interface index in SevOne.

Hi Team,
Sorry for not coming back on this, I will chase this for you.
Best Regards
Kaushal
Thank you, I've checked this and looks like the the Cisco Bulk API has been missing the sub-interfaces in the past, however we are re-testing this capability in case it has changed in the latest releases. Will let you know how we get on.
Kind Regards,
Kaushal
Hi Kaushal,
Thank you for the response. we are using CCSDWAN Collector.
Hi BT Team,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In your environment are the Interfaces created via the SNMP plugin or the SDWAN Collector/ xstats plugin?
Best Regards,
Kaushal
