Extend functionality of the Maintenance Window Manager - Generate Report in PDF

By adding Report in PDF format Maintenance Window Manager may export data that we can see on the screen. Customer's NMS operator can select the window for report ( maintenance START or maintenance STOP window ) so it can be share with the other teams with not access to NMS. 

Improved reporting should have more choices in Filter section of Maintenance Window Manager. One addition would be under "Time" -> 'Stop time between' as report should send the warning to some operations teams what devices are coming out the maintenance in 'next week', for example.
