Hi Ryan,
Without this functionality SevOne is unable to support AD based authentication/authorization given scale of our AD environment. Business impact is that we can not use compliant way of managing authentication and authorization and have to revert to local account management which pauses audit break for us.
We do have a workaround, but workaround requires manual update of internal sevone code. We can do that with current version but for any new version where code may change this is not an acceptable solution. We will either require product enhancement or an offical patch to fix this limitation.
Hi, the business impact is the current solution does not solve our management needs, since we have a large pool of users and groups. We have a workaround but it is not compliant with our accessibility company requirements.
Victoria, thanks for submitting this idea. What is the business impact of not having this feature out of the box, and do you have a workaround?
